What is included
Professional art-history guiding from Aleid Ford MA Hons. Cantab., MA (Courtauld Institute of Art), all guide expenses, help and advice in designing and planning your art itinerary with Head for Art, practical advice on your stay in London, if desired.

What is not included
Your entrance fees to galleries and museums (where applicable), your entrance fees to temporary exhibitions (where applicable), travel within London, meals, optional gratuities.

Cancellation charges
Cancellation within 48 hours of a scheduled tour regrettably incurs 25% of the full fee of that tour.
Cancellation within 24 hours of a scheduled tour regrettably incurs 50% of the full fee of that tour.

Conditions
Head for Art endeavours to provide you with the very best service, but please be aware that there can be no guarantee that works in permanent collections are on show at all times. Room closures can occur and works may be loaned to other galleries.
Head for Art cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as unforeseen gallery and museum closures or delays on public transport.
All matters concerning any booking are subject to English law.
